Youth Ministry

| All high school teenagers are encouraged to participate in this program. Just a little information on what our
Life Teen Program has to offer our teenagers. |
| |
| LIFE TEEN is a comprehensive parish-based youth ministry program designed to minister to high school teens of all
faiths from a uniquely Catholic perspective. Attempting to reach teens on spiritual, emotional, and social levels,
Life Teen responds to the teenagers need to be loved and accepted in a day and age where many young people experience
a sense of hopelessness about their future and lack of meaning and direction in their lives. LIFE TEEN encourages
teens to embark on a journey of faith and relationship with God through Jesus Christ. At the hear of the LIFE TEEN
PROGRAM is the weekly celebration of the Mass. Life Teen leads teenagers into authentic and full celebration of
God in the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Teens experience Christ's power and love through praise, prayer and breaking
open the Word of God in a Mass designed to speak to the hearts of the teens. All are welcome as teens gather around
the altar to take part in the Eucharistic meal. |

| The second component of the Life Teen Program is the weekly Life Night that follows the Life Mass. Led by a Core
Group of adults, the teens experience faith through educational, social, spiritual, and issue nights that speak
to the full array of topics teens need to grow in faith and relationship with Christ. |

| Some of our goals for the next year include: Hire a qualified Parish Youth Minister - Increase the number of teens
participating in the Life Teen Program - Establish a well-designed community outreach/social action/service component
to the Life Teen Program - become more financially self-sufficient - create a Life Teen/Youth Ministry Office or
space used for its activities. |

Parish Youth Minister Hired
|
St. Agnes Parish is very pleased to welcome Matthew (Matt) Moleski as our new Parish Youth Minister and Director
of the Life Teen Program. Matt joined St. Agnes Staff on February 15th, and a native of South Jersey, presently
living in Gloucester Township with his wife, Kelly, and their infant son, Matthew. Matt and Kelly are
expecting their second child in June. Matt had previously been the Youth Minister
Director of Life Teen at a five-parish program in Norristown, Pa. He has extensive experience as a youth minister
and youth music director. Until such time as Matt takes up his new office in the much needed rectory office addition,
he can be reached at his home #856-782-0154. Please welcome Matt and his family to our parish community. |
