  From Tacony-Palmyra Bridge:
 
  1. Rte. 73 South for about 5 miles until Interstate 295 South
  2. Take 295 South for about 8 miles and bear right at split in road for Rte. 42 South and Interstate 295 South
  3. Continue for about 3/4 mile and keep to left for Rte. 42 South at split in road
  4. Follow directions from Rte. 42 South
   
  From Ben Franklin Bridge:
 
  1. Take Interstate 676 South until it merges with Rte 42 South. Keep left for Rte. 42 South at split in road
  2. Follow directions from Rte. 42 South
   
  From Walt Whitman Bridge:
 
  1. Keep to the left at bottom of bridge for Rte. 42 South
  2. Follow directions from Rte. 42 South
   
  From Rte. 42 South:
 
  1. Continue for about 3 to 4 miles and take exit for Rte.168 South (Black Horse Pike) which is about 1 mile beyond the Deptford Mall exit
  2. Make left at first traffic light (about 1/4 mile) onto Coles Rd. St. Agnes is on the right about 3/4 mile.

  From Atlantic City:

 
  1. Take the Atlantic City Expressway West. The Atlantic City Expressway becomes Rte. 42 North after about 32 miles.
  2. Continue on Rte. 42 North for about 2 1/2 miles to the Coles Rd. exit.
  3. Take the Coles Rd. exit and keep left at the fork in the exit ramp.
  4. Turn left onto Coles Rd. Continue for about 1/2 mile. St. Agnes is on the right.
